However, due to the size and complexity of our booths, as well as challenges associated with repacking and shipping, we do not accept returns unless there is a verified manufacturing defect associated with your booth.

That said, we understand that unexpected issues can arise, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter any problems with your booth, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Whether it’s troubleshooting or offering repairs, we’re committed to ensuring your experience with Inbox Booths is a positive one.

100-Day Risk-Free Trial

We invite you to enjoy a 100-day risk-free trial with our Tuesday FLAT and Tuesday PEAK booths. If, within the first 100 days of receiving your Tuesday FLAT or Tuesday PEAK booth, you decide it’s not the right fit for you, simply let us know. We will process your refund and handle all aspects of disassembly and return shipping, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Please note that the 100-day risk-free trial applies only to your first product and is available for deliveries within North America. Unfortunately, this offer does not extend to deliveries outside of North America.

Warranty

Regardless of the booth you purchase, every Inbox Booth comes with a 2-year warranty. This ensures that we’ll be here to help you maintain your booth and keep it in excellent condition for the duration of its use. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it.
