Shipping & Returns


Unlike other companies, we stock our booths in North America so they are able to ship within 48 hours. This ensures that you generally will receive your booth in 1-2 weeks of ordering. Once your booth is ordered, our logistics department will reach out to you to confirm the details of your delivery. If, for any reason, we are out of stock of a particular booth, our team will reach out to you with an estimated delivery date prior to finalizing your order. Bulk orders may also be subject to longer delivery times.

Shipping rates will vary depending on location. Shipping outside of Canada requires duties to be paid, which will be priced into our quotes.

When receiving a delivery, you will need a forklift or a pallet jack to unload the pallets from the truck. The other option is to carry all of the booth components one at a time. Please note that the parts are considerably heavy and will require at least two people to unload.

Shipping quotes
Shipping and assembly quotes assume that a loading dock and/or elevator will be made available to the delivery and installation team. In the event that the installers must access the premises after hours, or climb stairs, or travel excessive distances for the install, additional fees may be charged.


Inbox Booths are delivered flat boxed in a pallet box.  Deliveries will typically unload the pallets onto the property of the customer where the lid of the box is then removed and the contents are carried to the place of installation.

Return policy

At Inbox Booths, we are confident that you will absolutely love our product which is why we give you 100 days to ensure that your Inbox(es) is right for you. 

You can return your booth, no questions asked, up to 100 days after delivery. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For a full refund, the booth must be in its original condition with all parts intact. 

If the Inbox has been damaged or is no longer in new condition, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. All installation fees are non-refundable. All refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Upon delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect the Inbox for any visible damage.  If your booth is installed by a professional Inbox installer, they will walk through this inspection with you.  

If your Inbox was damaged upon delivery or you believe you are missing pieces, please contact within 1 week of receiving your delivery. 

Please take pictures of any damaged cartons when they arrive before opening them.

Warranty - We’ve got you covered

Inbox offers a 730-day limited warranty on every booth purchased, and covers the full cost of repairs or replacements needed due to manufacturing defects. Continue reading for more details regarding the Inbox Warranty, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. 

This warranty is subject to provisions set forth within our Terms and Conditions. Terms not defined within this warranty have their meanings set forth by that document. 

Limited Warranty

We offer a standard 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all Inbox booths. This limited warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

  • How long is this Limited Warranty valid for?
    The limited warranty for the booths is valid for two (2) years and is valid from the date of delivery. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
  • What is covered under the Limited Warranty?
    The limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on all main parts in the booth, from the date of purchase, when used normally in accordance with our recommended guidelines. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the Province/State in which the Unit was purchased.
  • What will be done in the case of defects?
    Inbox will examine the booth and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this limited warranty. If considered covered, Inbox through its own service operations, will then, at its discretion, either repair the defective booth or part thereof or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If it is covered by this limited warranty, Inbox will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor, and travel for repair personnel, that Inbox incurs, provided that the booth or part thereof is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by Inbox. If the item is no longer sold by Inbox, Inbox will provide an appropriate replacement. It is Inbox that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement for a Unit.
  • What does this warranty cover?
    This limited warranty covers all parts of the booth manufactured and sold by Inbox. This limited warranty does not cover:
    • Operation of the Units in a manner that is not in compliance with Inbox’s recommended guidelines;
    • Service performed by anyone who is not a representative or authorized service provider of Inbox;
    • Modification of the Units’ functionality or capability;
    • Spillage on fabric, scratches or breakage of hard surface (i.e. wood, metal, plastic or glass components);
    • Wear, tear and pillage of any fabric components;
    • Loss of sofa cushion resistance;
    • Loss of functionality over time of the ventilation components, including fans and air-vents;
    • Damage to exposed and concealed electrical components and outlets;
    • Repair or replacement of electronic components;
    • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods;
    • Placement in an inappropriate environment (outdoors, bathrooms, floor without enough support for units weight)
    • Secondary and/or collateral damage;
    • Excessive use of electricity or other utilities provided beyond the suggested usage guidelines provided in the official unit specs
    • Damage caused by transit, delivery, redelivery, and/or post-delivery moving performed by an unauthorized person(s);
    • Damage caused by the dis-assembly and reassembly by an unauthorized person(s);
    • Damage caused by the intentional act, or willful misconduct, of any person (whether or not affiliated with the user);
    • Discretionary alteration and repair by users not required for normal functionality of the booth;
    • Pre-owned or rental Units;
    • Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flood, water damage, hurricanes, tornados, windstorm, hail, earthquake, smoke, or other heat sources, as well as exposure to the cold, theft, negligence, riot, vandalism, graffiti (drawing) or any other peril;
    • Acts of God, any hostile act or act of war, terrorism, insurrection or rebellion, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, or negligence;
    • Crushing of any type caused by loads exceeding each respective component’s load-bearing capacity leading to breakage of structural components; 
    • Units outside of the contiguous United States of America and Canada
