The Interior Design Show in Toronto 2025 was an unforgettable experience for the Inbox Booths team. Traveling from our HQ in Vancouver to the vibrant city of Toronto, we arrived ready to showcase how our soundproof booths are redefining modern workspaces. After a few days of meticulous setup at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, our team created an inviting space where designers, architects, business owners, and the general public could explore our innovative solutions.

From the moment the doors opened, the energy at the show was electric. We had the pleasure of speaking with so many passionate professionals about how our booths—or as we like to call them, time machines—can enhance productivity and flexibility in their projects. It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm from the Ontario design community and to discuss the future of workspaces in an ever-evolving world.

One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was winning the Best Booth award in the 201 sq ft to 499 sq ft category! With over 200 incredible booths at the show, competition was fierce, and we were genuinely honored to be recognized. A big thank you to IDS and the awards panel for this amazing acknowledgment. It was an unexpected yet incredibly rewarding moment for our team, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We also had a blast with our interactive photo booth experience inside our QUAD booth. Hundreds of visitors stopped by to snap photos, capturing their IDS Toronto experience in a fun and memorable way. Seeing so many people engage with our booths firsthand was a testament to how our solutions resonate with a wide audience. To top it off, we handed out goody bags featuring a stylish tote bag, a tape measure (because you never know when you’ll need one), and a product guide to explore our full lineup.

Through our discussions with designers, architects, and business owners, we’ve identified key trends shaping modern workspaces—including the need for focused environments, sustainable solutions, and accessible design. Our mission is to provide soundproof, flexible spaces that enhance productivity without the expense and disruption of traditional construction. As we continue to redefine the office landscape, we’re excited to introduce innovative new products throughout the year.

The Interior Design Show in Toronto was an incredible opportunity to connect, share, and learn. We’re so grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth, whether to chat, take a photo, or explore our products. If you missed us at IDS Toronto, don’t worry—we’re just getting started. Reach out to our team, check out our online product guide, and let’s talk about how Inbox Booths can bring more productivity and focus to your space.

Until next time, Toronto!
