Here's how it works: If you decide within the first 100 days of receiving the TUESDAY pod that it's not the right fit for you, all you have to do is let us know. We'll process the refund and take care of disassembly and return shipping. Please note that the 100-day risk-free trial applies only to your first product and does not apply to deliveries outside of North America. That said, every booth comes with a 2-year warranty, and we're dedicated to ensuring that your booth stays in excellent shape throughout use. Unfortunately, we do not offer the 100-Day Risk-Free Trial for larger suite of products, including our ONE+, TWO, TWO+, QUAD, TEAM, or CLUBHOUSE.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Unlike other companies, we stock our most popular booths in North America so we can get them to you faster. This ensures that you generally will receive your booth in as little as 2 weeks* of ordering. If for any reason we are out of stock of a particular booth, our team will reach out to you with an estimated delivery date prior to finalizing your order.

How do I assemble the booths?
You don't! We offer white-glove installation and assemble on every soundproof booth purchase. To see a complete breakdown of our mandatory installation fees, click here.
How does white glove assembly work?
We have tried to make this process as easy as possible. Our sales and logistics teams will work with you to schedule an installation date. Each soundproof phone booth and modular meeting room is installed in a few hours (varies by booth size) by our professional installers with no mess or disruption.
Due to the size of the booths and issues with repacking for shipping, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect associated with the booth. That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you to find a solution to whatever issue arises.
Yes, as long as your booth has not already shipped from our facility, you can cancel your order at any time. Cancelling orders during transit will incur a shipping and restocking fee.
Where can I see a soundproof privacy booth?

What kind of electrical requirements are needed for the booth?
All of our soundproof privacy booths are “plug and play,” meaning they simply need a standard 110v outlet to provide power. For technical specifications on each booth, please reach out to us for a spec sheet.
How soundproof are the booths?
Our booths remove 30 decibels of ambient noise. That is enough noise reduction to create an extremely comfortable atmosphere to work and meet without the feeling of being in a vacuum. You will continue to hear a small hum of ambient noise outside but conversations within the booth are kept 100% private.
Are the booths well ventilated?
Yes, our booths come with industry leading ventilation that replaces 100% of the air every 3 minutes. This is extremely important for keeping the booths acclimatized with the desired temperature of the rest of the surrounding space.
Is furniture included with the booths?
Yes, every booth has furniture included that is customized to each booth size.
Can I move my booth somewhere else?
Yes! That is the beauty of these prefabricated soundproof privacy booths. Their modular design allows you to move them around the current space they are in or even relocate to them to a new space.
